Insurance



Our clinic accepts and bills most major insurance plans and PPO's including United Healthcare, Humana Choicecare, Medicare, Medicaid, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. We also accept Personal Injury, Auto Accident, and Worker's Compensation claims. 

Our Date of Service Discount Policy

We believe that every person should have the opportunity to experience natural health care. To assist our patients and their family who have no insurance or undesirable insurance benefits, we have established affordable and comprehensive date of service discount plans:

 

 

·        Our adult Date of Service discount allows our patients to pay a single fee of $39.50 per office visit.  This fee entitles the patient to a comprehensive, full service office visit, which may include the spinal adjustment, heat therapy, exercise sessions, electric muscle stimulation, and ultrasound therapy.


 

·        Our child (1-12 years of age) Date of Service  discount includes all of the above but at a reduced single fee of $15.00 per office visit.

 

·        New patients to our clinic may also take advantage of these programs but would have additional charges for the initial examination and applicable x-rays.  If the exam and x-rays are paid for on the initial office visit, the patient may take advantage of a 25% reduction in these costs.

    

 

Included with every office visit is a caring and compassionate doctor and staff whose desire that every person we encounter leave healthier and happier.
